Agreement to Terms
By logging in, creating an account, connecting a wallet, or otherwise using MooShield ("Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the Service.
Your use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of these terms. This includes any interactions with the Solana blockchain through our interface.
1. Introduction
Welcome to MooShield, a product of Infraxa.ai ("Service", "we", "us", or "our"). MooShield provides a software interface for creating recoverable cryptocurrency transfers on the Solana blockchain. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. What We Are (And Are Not)
Please understand the following important points:
- •We are not a bank, exchange, or custodian. We do not hold, manage, or have access to your funds. All transactions occur directly on the Solana blockchain.
- •We are a software interface. We provide a user interface to interact with smart contracts deployed on the Solana blockchain.
- •We do not provide financial advice. Nothing on this Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
3. Blockchain Interactions
When you use MooShield, you interact directly with the Solana blockchain. You understand and agree that:
- • All blockchain transactions are final and irreversible once confirmed
- • You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys
- • Network fees (gas) are required for all transactions and are non-refundable
- • Transaction speeds depend on network congestion and are not guaranteed
- • Smart contract interactions carry inherent risks including potential bugs
- • We do not control the blockchain and cannot reverse or modify transactions
4. Risk Disclosure
Using blockchain technology and cryptocurrency involves significant risks. By using our Service, you acknowledge and accept the following:
- ⚠Blockchain Risk: Transactions on the blockchain are irreversible once confirmed. Smart contracts may contain bugs or vulnerabilities.
- ⚠Reversal Limitations: The "recoverable" feature depends on on-chain state and timing. Reversal may not always be successful if the time window has passed or network conditions prevent it.
- ⚠No Anonymity Guarantee: While we aim to enhance privacy, we do not guarantee complete anonymity. Blockchain transactions are publicly visible and may be traced.
- ⚠No Fraud Protection: We cannot protect you from scams, phishing, or fraudulent recipients. Always verify addresses before sending.
- ⚠Loss of Funds: You may lose some or all of your cryptocurrency. Only use funds you can afford to lose.
5. Recoverable Transfers
Important information about the recovery feature:
- • The sender may cancel and recover funds within the recovery window (default: 5 minutes)
- • Once the recipient claims the funds, recovery is no longer possible
- • Recipients should be aware that unclaimed funds may be recovered by the sender
- • This feature is designed for error correction, not for reversing legitimate transactions
For Recipients: If you receive a Note ID, be aware that the sender can recover the funds until you claim them. Claim promptly if you expect the transfer to be final. Do not provide goods or services until funds are claimed and confirmed in your wallet.
6. MooShields
"MooShields" are digital tokens (NFTs) that serve as proof of transfer and can be used to claim associated funds. They are:
- • Digital collectibles with utility, not securities or financial instruments
- • Transferable between wallets on the Solana blockchain
- • Subject to the same blockchain risks as other digital assets
- • Not guaranteed to have any monetary value beyond their redeemable amount
7. Account & Username
⚠️ Username Policy: Once you choose a username, it cannot be changed. Please choose carefully as this will be permanently associated with your account.
- • Usernames must be unique and appropriate
- • Usernames cannot be changed after initial selection
- • We reserve the right to remove offensive or misleading usernames
- • Your username may be visible to other users in certain contexts
8. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- • Securing your wallet and private keys
- • Verifying recipient addresses before sending
- • Understanding the risks of blockchain transactions
- • Complying with applicable laws in your jurisdiction
- • Paying all applicable network fees (gas)
- • Understanding how the recovery feature works before accepting payments
- • Choosing an appropriate username (cannot be changed later)
9. Anti-Fraud Policy & Prohibited Uses
⚠️ Misuse of the recovery feature for fraudulent purposes is strictly prohibited.
Using the recovery feature to defraud recipients (e.g., recovering funds after receiving goods or services) constitutes fraud and may result in:
- • Permanent ban from the Service
- • Reporting to relevant authorities
- • Civil and/or criminal liability
- • All transactions are on-chain and fully traceable
You may not use our Service for:
- • Money laundering or terrorist financing
- • Fraud, scams, or deceptive practices
- • Abusing the recovery feature to defraud recipients
- • Circumventing sanctions or legal restrictions
- • Any illegal activity under applicable law
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
